Shadman Sakib

Shadman Sakib is Crypto Vertical Lead at Mercury, a position he has held since August 2025. In this role he leads Mercury's crypto vertical, operating at the head level within general management. Prior to this, he served as Sr. Director of Relationship Management at Mercury from August 2024 to October 2025, and as Director of Relationship Management from March 2023 to August 2024.

Before joining Mercury, Sakib worked in relationship management at Brex from August 2021 to March 2023, and prior to that spent four years at Citi as a Relationship Manager focused on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth wealth management. Earlier in his career he held roles at JPMorgan Chase, including Private Banker and Relationship Banker, between April 2014 and May 2017. He holds Series 6, 7TO, 63, and 65 licenses, with the Series 65 issued in 2020 and the Series 63 issued in 2014. He is currently registered with Mercury Investment Services LLC, an SEC-registered entity based in California. His total industry experience spans over thirteen years, and he is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. His education was completed at The City College of New York.
