Shawn Main

Shawn Main is EVP, Chief Business Architect at Vantage Bank Texas, where he leads the Shared Services division. In this role, he ensures strategic alignment between business and technology, with his team responsible for developing applications and solutions, applying data analytics, overseeing member partnerships, and conducting customer outreach that includes providing technical guidance and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings. He works closely with the Technology department to coordinate IT resources and infrastructure to business needs, manages vendor alignment to key performance objectives, and oversees the design and development of automated processes and software solutions.

Main has over 25 years of experience in financial services, including 18 years at Vantage Bank. Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where he shaped the bank's long-term IT strategy, optimized infrastructure, and drove adoption of modern technology solutions. Before that, he held the position of Bank Cashier and Deposit Operations Manager, overseeing bank operations, compliance, and customer service channels, including wires, item processing, ACH, quality assurance, and call center operations. He also co-owns Scenic Springs, an event venue in Grey Forest, Texas, where he oversees technical operations including audio, video, technology, and online advertising. Main holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
