Simon Johansen

COO

Simon Johansen is COO, Jump Crypto at Jump Trading LLC, a position he has held since November 2020. He concurrently serves as Head of Integration at Jump Trading LLC, a role he has occupied since October 2018. Both positions sit within the General Management function.

Prior to assuming the COO role, Johansen joined Jump Trading in August 2016 as a Business Development Project Manager, based in Chicago, a position he held until October 2018. Before joining Jump Trading, he worked as a Business Analyst at Tower Research Capital in the Greater New York City Area from June 2014 to May 2016. Johansen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, awarded Magna Cum Laude, from Carleton College (2010–2014), and completed a study abroad program in Economics at the University of Cambridge in 2012.
