Snehal Chandan

Snehal Chandan is Vice President – Digital Assets Innovation at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, a position she has held since May 2025. Prior to this, she served as Deputy Vice President – Digital Initiatives Innovation at the same firm from September 2022 to April 2025.

Her career spans 17 years across financial services and insurance. Before joining Bajaj Allianz Life, she was Assistant Vice President – Digital Distribution Strategy Initiatives at Tata AIA Life Insurance from September 2021 to April 2022. From October 2018 to September 2021, she held the role of Assistant Vice President – Digitization at Tata Mutual Fund, where she led payment partner integrations including UPI, oversaw marketing campaign automation, launched a centrally managed social media automation programme for distributors, introduced a lead management system for the telemarketing team, and deployed an AI-driven conversational chatbot for self-service. Earlier roles include Chief Manager and Senior Manager – Digitization at PNB MetLife India Insurance, Assistant Manager – Information Technology at The Walt Disney Company, and project management positions in IT at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where she began her career in 2009. Her education includes a B.E. from Nagpur University, an MS from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune, and an Executive Programme for Young Managers from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
