Stéphanie Némarq-Attias is Avocate Fiscaliste and Fondatrice of QOMIT, a Paris-based law firm she founded in 2025, specialising in tax law and innovation. The firm is built around advising clients on fiscal questions arising from technology and digital projects, including ICOs, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, asset tokenisation, and blockchain gaming. She also serves as Head of Legal Tax for the French branch of the Association for Women in Cryptocurrency (AWIC) and has been a tax law trainer at Francis Lefebvre Formation since 2016.

Her focus on digital assets developed following the 2019 Pacte law, which introduced the legal notion of digital assets in France and raised questions about their taxation — an area that became a significant part of her practice. Her work in this field extends to lobbying public authorities to support the development of fiscal frameworks around new technologies. Prior to founding QOMIT, she spent fourteen years at CMS Francis Lefebvre, then in 2022 joined d&a partners, where she participated in creating its blockchain and fintech-focused tax department, serving as a partner until June 2025. She also served as President of the Fiscal Commission at ACE – Avocats Conseils d'Entreprises from 2021 to 2023. Her areas of practice include fiscal strategy for technology projects, tax litigation, and wealth planning. She holds degrees from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, EDHEC Business School, and the University of Missouri.
