Tokenisation Lead and Investment Manager

Theo Golden is Tokenisation Lead and Investment Manager at Baillie Gifford, where he serves as Chair of the Tokenisation Working Group and is the architect of the firm's tokenisation strategy. He is responsible for designing and creating tokenised funds and acts as one of the firm's Digital Asset experts. He also co-manages the Baillie Gifford Strategic Bond Strategy and chairs the Corporate Credit Macro Group.

Prior to joining Baillie Gifford in 2021, Golden worked as a financial journalist from 2019, with roles at Bloomberg and Business Insider. He holds a BA (Hons) in Music from Durham University, awarded in 2020, and has held the CFA Charter since April 2024.
