Thibault Pelé

Aurélie Pagon is Head of Processing and Financial Institutions Compliance at Worldline, the French payment and transactional services company. She is a compliance specialist holding several professional certifications, including Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS). She has acted as an expert facilitator on regulatory topics and has lectured on the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation.

Before Worldline, Pagon built her career in compliance across the French financial and insurance sectors, including a role as compliance officer at Henner and earlier positions in investment compliance and internal control. She holds a Master's in business law from Paris Nanterre University.
