Thomas Felber is Product Director Crypto and Founding Employee at Tradu, a multi-asset trading platform offering equities, commodities, cryptocurrencies, CFDs, forex, treasuries, and indices. He has held this position since February 2023, based across Munich, Berlin, London, and New York. In this role, he leads the crypto product direction and is part of the founding team that built the platform, which is a subsidiary of Jefferies Financial Group.

Prior to Tradu, Felber served as Chief Technology Officer at SMART VALOR from January 2018 to January 2023, where he was also a Co-founder and Managing Director with sole power of representation. His responsibilities included platform development, regulatory compliance, and building out product, technology, compliance, and operations functions. He also temporarily held the roles of Head of Product and Head of Compliance, and oversaw the development of three cloud-based product offerings, including a Digital Asset Exchange providing brokerage, trading, and custody of digital assets. Felber holds a degree from Hochschule Furtwangen. He has over 20 years of experience across technology and finance, with a stated deep focus on digital assets.
