Payal Shah is Director of Equity Research and Product Development at CME Group, based in London. She leads the development of new products in the equity and alternative investment markets, including futures and options contracts on key benchmark indices such as the S&P 500, NASDAQ-100, Dow Jones, Russell, FTSE, Ibovespa, Nikkei 225, and TOPIX indices. Since joining CME Group in 2016, she has been directly involved in the creation of Cryptocurrency Reference Rates, Bitcoin Futures and Options Contracts, and Ether Futures. She also serves on the CME CF Cryptocurrency Oversight Committee.

Prior to CME Group, Shah was an ETF Product Specialist at MSCI, where she held a Vice President-level role from January 2014 to August 2016, focusing on ETFs, delta-one products, smart beta strategies, and ESG investing. Before that, she was in Delta One ETF Sales at Credit Suisse and held an Equity Sales Trader role at Morgan Stanley within the Equity Derivatives Group.

Priyanka Jain is Director, Equity and Cryptocurrency Products at CME Group, a position she has held since July 2024. She is based in New York and focuses on CME's equity and crypto currency products, joining at a time when the exchange's cryptocurrency complex was recording significant growth, including record open interest of more than 29,000 bitcoin futures contracts in Q2 2024.

Prior to joining CME Group, Jain spent three years at BGC Partners as Digital Assets Strategy Lead, where she launched BGC's Digital Assets desk, providing high-touch brokerage services for over-the-counter derivatives and block trades in Bitcoin and Ethereum futures contracts listed on CME. Before BGC, she worked in business development at AiX, and as an equity derivatives broker at Square Global Markets and Sigma Broking. She began her broking career at BGC in 2015. Earlier in her career, she worked at marketing and advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather and DDB.
