Tom Arnall

Tom Arnall is Managing Director, Interim Solutions & Project Consulting at ZRG Partners, LLC, a position he has held since September 2023. Based in London, he focuses on Banking, Fintech, and Digital Assets, working with clients across startup, scale-up, and tier one organisations, as well as the private investor ecosystem that backs them. His team places interim consultants at C, MD, and Director levels across all functional areas around the board table.

Arnall co-founded Floan in 2018, a consumer lending platform offering flexible flight finance. As a founding member, he was involved in fundraising, regulatory licensing, product development, go-to-market strategy, and building the management team. He currently sits on Floan's board as an SMF 3 holder. Before joining ZRG, he served as Director and Deputy Head of Sheffield Haworth's Global Fintech Practice, where he led coverage across Digital Assets, Payments, Fintech, and Retail Banking with a focus on Europe and the United States. Earlier in his career, he worked for close to a decade with a leading global interim management business, ultimately overseeing their Financial Services practice. He has over 12 years of experience as an executive advisor across interim solutions and executive search, including C-suite and board-level placements, and has a track record of building non-executive and advisory boards, including hiring chairs for banks and fintechs. He earned a degree in Spatial Design from University of the Arts London.
