Tunahan Tolaz

Tunahan Tolaz serves as Director of Digital Assets & Blockchain Strategy at Victus Global, a position he has held since June 2025 on a remote, freelance basis. In this role, he acts as Senior Advisor on capital rounds and growth for Web3 projects. Victus Global operates as a venture capital and private equity principals company, supporting projects through funding, connections, and growth partnerships.

Prior to joining Victus Global, Tolaz worked as a Sales Specialist at XM from August 2022 to January 2025, managing client portfolios across stablecoins, altcoins, and other investment instruments. Before that, he spent three months as a Community Coordinator for a Solana-based NFT project, handling Discord and Twitter management, community engagement, promotional campaigns, cross-promotions with Web3 influencers, and giveaway coordination across US and EU time zones. Earlier in his career, he ran an e-commerce business on Etsy from April 2020 to February 2022, managing international orders and product sourcing. From September 2018 to March 2020, he worked as an International Account Manager at Ecig Hellas, overseeing exports and international orders. Between September 2013 and September 2015, he held an Export Manager role at Kerem Tekstil, coordinating international shipments by land and sea to multiple European countries, negotiating with freight and customs agents, and representing the company at international textile trade fairs in Frankfurt and Istanbul. He also worked as an English language teacher at the American Life Language Institute in Istanbul from February 2015 to November 2016, teaching classes at B1 through C2 levels and conducting specialist preparation for TOEFL and IELTS.
