
Web3 & Digital Assets | Innovation @ Banca Sella
Filippo Chiricozzi is Stream Manager – Web3 Digital Assets Innovation at Banca Sella, a position he has held since August 2022. Head of DLT and Digital Assets Products
Riccardo Donega is Head of DLT and Digital Assets Products at Banca Sella, a position he has held since June 2025. In this role, he is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery of use cases in the digital assets and DLT domain, with a mandate to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and institutional standards. Before joining Banca Sella, he worked at UniCredit as a Program Manager from October 2021 to July 2022, where he led a portfolio of projects within the Italian and German Corporate Banking area, with a focus on cross-country development and integration of CRM tools including Salesforce and Palantir.
