Vincent Gaudissard is Director, FICT Business Technology at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, a position he has held since June 2024. Based in New York, he leads post-trade technology initiatives covering Fixed Income, Commodity, and Treasury operations, with a focus on business analysis and project management. Concurrently, since September 2025, he serves as Blockchain and Emerging Technologies Advisor at the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), where he guides the strategic development and integration of blockchain-based solutions within UNCDF programming to advance digital public infrastructure for development finance in frontier markets.

Gaudissard brings over 24 years of experience in institutional finance technology. Prior to Natixis, he led large-scale blockchain implementations at Cryptonomic, including asset tokenization and DeFi protocols for Tier-1 banks on Ethereum, Polygon, and Tezos. Earlier in his career, he managed technology projects at JP Morgan, Credit Agricole, and Dexia across New York, London, and Paris. His technical expertise spans post-trade systems including Summit and Murex, blockchain product management, and cross-functional team leadership across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office operations. Asset class coverage includes Fixed Income, Interest Rate and Credit Derivatives, Cash, and Loans.

Ramzi Amairi

Tech banking / Digital assets

Ramzi Amairi is a Director, Fintech & Digital Assets Coverage at Natixis, where he leads the development of Natixis CIB's Digital Assets and Fintech coverage. His mandate centres on onboarding and advising fintechs, crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, and technology-focused companies, with a focus on fundraising, treasury, and structured finance. He also serves on supervisory and advisory boards of crypto and fintech companies, covering strategic oversight, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He additionally invests in and advises startups in sports and technology.

Amairi has spent his career at Natixis across a range of functions. He held roles in Structured and Project Finance from 2008 to 2011, Global Markets in 2011–2012, General Inspection and Audit from 2012 to 2015, and Strategy and Corporate Development from 2019 to 2022, before moving to his current position in the Tech Hub Advisory and Coverage division in 2022. He holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, both from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
