Partner & Group Exco
David Tirado is Partner, Chief Commercial Officer and Group Executive at Revolut, where he holds ownership of the Group P&L, encompassing Gross Profit and Net Income, alongside responsibility for Business Development, Commercial Operations, and Partnerships. He reports to the founder and CEO and sits within the top 25 executives at the company. He was named to Revolut's Class of 2022 Partner cohort, recognising senior leaders under the firm's global partnership programme. In September 2025, he represented Revolut in the announcement of an expanded multi-year, multi-million dollar strategic partnership with Google Cloud, focused on scaling global infrastructure and applying AI and machine learning tools including Gemini models to fraud detection and product personalisation.
Tirado joined Revolut in April 2020 as Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, was promoted to Vice President of Global Business Development and Commercial in November 2021, and assumed his current Partner-level role in December 2022. Prior to Revolut, he held roles at Vodafone Smart Tech, operating at the intersection of digital telecoms and Internet of Things. Earlier experience included positions at Motorola. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Technische Universität Berlin, and has completed programmes at Berkeley Haas, IE Business School, Singularity University, and the Oxford Fintech Program.
Head of Crypto
Mazen Eljundi is Global Business Head of Crypto, Wealth & Trading, and Expansion Markets at Revolut, a position he has held since July 2024. He leads Revolut's crypto business globally and has spoken publicly about the company's role in bridging traditional finance and Web3, with a focus on crypto adoption through education and user experience. He joined Revolut in January 2021 as Global Business Head of Crypto, subsequently expanding his mandate to cover Wealth & Trading, then Revolut Business, before assuming his current scope covering Expansion Markets.
Prior to Revolut, Eljundi held senior roles at ConsenSys, serving first as Practice Lead for Advisory and Venture Architecture from 2018 to 2019, then as Senior Director of Global Business Development from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in his career he worked as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman in Dubai from 2008 to 2011, later returning to the firm as an independent consultant from 2016 to 2018, where he advised on an executive team serving Kuwait's Ministry of Finance in a joint venture with the Kuwait Investment Authority. Between 2013 and 2016 he served as Director of Global Business Development at Zello Inc in New York, and between 2015 and 2016 he founded and led Tripstir Co., a social travel platform. Eljundi holds a BBA in Finance from the American University of Beirut and an MBA specialising in Entrepreneurship and Venturing from Columbia Business School, where he graduated in 2013.
