Yuky Yu is Global Lead Digital Asset Service Delivery at Bolder Group, a role she assumed following Bolder's acquisition of Soroban Fund Services in July 2025. In this position, she leads the organisation's digital asset strategy, integrating Soroban's systems and capabilities into Bolder's international service model. She co-founded Soroban Fund Services in 2023 as a boutique fund administrator specialising in digital asset funds and real-world asset tokenised funds, providing accounting, investor servicing and compliance solutions for managers of cryptocurrency, tokenised assets and blockchain-native investment vehicles.

Yu brings over a decade of experience in fund accounting and administration across multiple fund administrators. Earlier in her career, she provided audit assurance services at BDO Limited and held a Vice President role at Maples Group in Hong Kong between May 2019 and March 2022. She served as Operations Director at Satori Research, a market maker and algorithmic trader, from March 2022 to September 2023. She has been active in the digital asset space since 2018. Yu is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and holds the Certified Cryptoasset Anti-Financial Crime Specialist (CCAS) designation. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester.

Devin Schoor

Digital Asset Lead

Devin Schoor is Digital Assets Lead at Bolder Group, a role he has held since August 2025. In this position, he oversees the company's digital asset services and drives growth in this sector. His mandate includes business development, strategic partnerships, and exploring tokenisation opportunities. He also works on regulatory adaptation, including compliance with MiCA, and covers areas such as wallet screening, fund structuring, and tokenisation implementation.

Schoor's career at Bolder Group began in Compliance and Investor Services before he moved into his current digital asset specialisation. He entered the crypto space in 2016. In 2018, he founded Token Partners, an independent non-profit initiative that provides free crypto education for private, professional, and institutional investors, covering blockchain implementation in financial systems. He also serves as Head of Members Partners at the BCNL Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Amsterdam, a role he took on in July 2025. Schoor holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Sciences, with a minor in Business Administration and Finance, from the Free University of Amsterdam.
