Gennadiy Kleyman is Managing Director, Head of WM Digital Assets & Data Platforms at Morgan Stanley, a position he assumed in January 2026. In this role he leads the Wealth Management Digital Assets and Data Platforms function. Immediately prior, from January 2024, he served as Managing Director responsible for Client Onboarding and Client Data Product Management, heading Client Data and Client Onboarding Product Development.

Kleyman joined Morgan Stanley in January 2014 as Executive Director, a position he held for ten years. During that tenure he served as Head of Technology Delivery Management for Morgan Stanley and E*Trade Digital Channels, and separately as Head of Technology Delivery Management for WM Client and Account Data. Before Morgan Stanley, he spent four years at Merrill Lynch as Vice President in Technology Project and Program Management, from January 2010 to January 2014. His total industry experience spans over sixteen years in financial services, with a background covering budgeting, business process improvement, software development life cycle, and product management. He holds a BBA in Finance from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.

Roland Fejfar is Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division, specializing in FinTech across EMEA and South East Asia, with extensive experience in technology business development.

Samantha Burrington is Executive Director – COO Strategy of eFX & Fixed Income Digital Assets at Morgan Stanley, a position she assumed in February 2026. In this role, her mandate covers COO and strategy leadership across eFX and Fixed Income Digital Assets.

Prior to this appointment, Burrington held the title of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from January 2023 to February 2026, where she led program management for cross-firm strategic initiatives, managed end-to-end program delivery for M&A and business consolidations, led organizational readiness programs, and designed and implemented target operating models. Before that, she served as VP – Integration Program Manager from January 2021 to January 2023, and as AVP – Integration & Digital Program Manager from August 2019 to January 2021. Earlier in her career, she was Project Management Officer at Pioneer Bank from January 2018 to July 2019, working on cross-functional projects in coordination with the risk management department. Her broader professional background spans marketing, product management, project management, risk management, information technology, training, deposit operations, and loan operations, with a total of approximately 16 years of experience in financial services.
