Amy Oldenburg is Head of Emerging Markets Equity at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, overseeing investors based in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai, and Riyadh, managing over $14 billion in AUM. She also manages the Digital Asset initiatives for the division. Her recent digital asset work includes the launch of the Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust (MSBT), an exchange-traded product offering bitcoin exposure at a 0.14% expense ratio. She sits on MSIM's Equity Technology Council and Morgan Stanley's firmwide Innovation Council and Arts & Culture Committee. Her areas of focus in digital assets include use cases in emerging markets, asset tokenization, NFT applications, and emerging business models.
Oldenburg joined Morgan Stanley in 2001 and has over 26 years of finance experience. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Emerging Markets Equity and held roles in equity and FX trading, portfolio management support, and product development and strategy. She began her career in internet consulting. She holds a BA in business administration with a concentration in finance from Fordham University and an MS in applied psychology from the University of Southern California. Outside Morgan Stanley, she is a member of the Emerging Collectors Council at the Norton Museum of Art, a Sustainability Council Member and Diversity Council Member at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and an independent director of Abhi, a fintech company based in the UAE.

Gennadiy Kleyman is Managing Director, Head of WM Digital Assets & Data Platforms at Morgan Stanley, a position he assumed in January 2026. In this role he leads the Wealth Management Digital Assets and Data Platforms function. Immediately prior, from January 2024, he served as Managing Director responsible for Client Onboarding and Client Data Product Management, heading Client Data and Client Onboarding Product Development.

Before Morgan Stanley, he spent four years at Merrill Lynch as Vice President in Technology Project and Program Management, from January 2010 to January 2014. His total industry experience spans over sixteen years in financial services, with a background covering budgeting, business process improvement, software development life cycle, and product management. He holds a BBA in Finance from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.

Jean-Baptiste Bernard is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he is part of the Wolf Goss Bernard Cooperman Group within Private Wealth Management in New York, serving ultra-high-net-worth clients with a focus on risk management, asset allocation and opportunistic strategies.
Bernard brings more than 20 years of institutional and private wealth trading and investment experience. Before joining Morgan Stanley he worked at J.P. Morgan in New York as U.S. Head of Currencies and Commodities and later as an investment specialist in its Global Families Group, having begun his career as a global macro trader at several hedge funds. He is a graduate of the CEFAM business school in Lyon, France.
