Joseph Borne is Vice President and Principal Experience Architect for Freight and Transportation at U.S. Bank, a position he has held since January 2025. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, he leads research, strategic planning, and user experience initiatives across core service applications within U.S. Bank's freight and transportation division, with a focus on optimizing employee-facing systems and enterprise workflows.

The U.S. Bank web and mobile applications are scheduled to launch cryptocurrency functionality in 2026, giving retail customers visibility into digital assets alongside traditional banking services. Borne has approximately 34 years of professional experience, with a background spanning user experience, user interface design, and operational innovation. He is also active in the FinTech sector as a strategist and entrepreneur focused on healthy consumer technology.

Penny Tyson is Vice President, Enterprise Innovation – Digital Asset & Blockchain Practice at U.S. Bank, a position she has held since December 2022, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her role sits within the bank's Enterprise Innovation function and is focused on digital assets and blockchain.
