DeFi regulation: what framework and what timetable for Europe?

While MiCA will come fully into force next January, the European regulation promises to exclude decentralised finance (DeFi) from its scope. But for how much longer? While some crypto associations feared rapid regulation, the trend in Brussels now seems to be towards a wait-and-see attitude.
