Silvia Gayo Bellido

Silvia Gayo Bellido is Digital Assets Director at AXA Seguros España, a position she has held since June 2021. She concurrently serves as Customer Service Operations Director, a role she has held since January 2018. Her stated mandate centers on digital and omnichannel business, customer intelligence, and simplicity models, with a focus on developing and transforming business through digital solutions with the customer at the center of operations.

Gayo Bellido has been with AXA Group for more than 20 years, operating primarily within the Operations area. Prior to her current roles, she served as Chief Operations Officer and Claims for Spain and Portugal at AXA Global Direct from July 2009 to January 2018. Earlier in her career, she held roles at DIRECT SEGUROS, including Directora Operaciones España. From March 2016 to January 2024, she served as Vicepresidenta at AEERC (Asociación Española de Expertos en la Relación con Clientes), the Spanish association of customer relationship management experts. Her background includes managing large contact center operations to drive performance, along with experience in telemarketing, CRM, and customer experience service. She holds an Executive Program for Women in Management from ESADE and a degree in Philosophy and Letters from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
